		<description>as a youngster myself, i grew up listening to older R&amp;B. it has changed significantly. but then you have to think to youself.. so has rock, and other genres. i think all music is just flowing with its time. but R&amp;B definately is not &quot;black gangster rap&quot; as you called it. it just has more of a hip hop feel. and when i say &quot;hip hop&quot; i dont mean gangster rap</description>

Rap music is not R &amp; B it is just rap or hip-hop. It&#039;s not about the color of the person singing the song, it&#039;s the way that it sounds.</description>
